Guests open your invitation link, enter their RSVP and submit. Replies appear in Page Manager. The free plan shows the response count and a preview of response details. Upgrade your invitation when you need to view more details, according to the plan you choose.
Yes. Make your invitation in Canva, then open Apps and find CreatEcards. Select Sync design, choose Online Invitation, and complete the sync. Add your event details and RSVP questions, then publish your page in CreatEcards.
With Personalized links, Page Manager connects each response to a guest on your list, so you can see who has responded and who may need a reminder. One link collects responses but does not track individual sends. Compare those responses with your invitation list to find anyone missing.
Yes. Use Simple RSVP for adult and child totals and one set of answers for the group. Choose Detailed RSVP to collect each attendee’s name, including plus-ones, and answers for each person. Add custom questions for meal choices, dietary needs or other details you need.
No. Guests open the invitation link in their browser and respond without creating a Canva or CreatEcards account.
Yes. In RSVP form, open RSVP & guests settings and use Stop collecting response after date to set your reply-by date. If the date also appears on your invitation design, make sure they match.
