Add a QR code if you're printing invitations

A QR code on your printed Canva invitation lets guests open your CreatEcards RSVP page on their phone. In the Canva editor, open Apps → CreatEcards and scroll to QR code. The CreatEcards app provides the code before you've created the RSVP page, so you can place it as part of your Canva design without entering a page URL.

  • Choose the QR code’s pattern and colors to suit your invitation.
  • Select Add to design, then move and resize the code in Canva so it has its own clear space.

Once you've created and published your RSVP page, scan the code from a test print to check that it's readable and opens the right page before printing the full set.

The QR code becomes an element in your Canva design. Give it enough room to scan clearly when printed.
